What type of punch bag is best? - best sand for standing punching bag
I'm looking for a punching bag, but I'm sure that would be the size and type is best for me. I'm 5'2 "and have never done boxing. The beams in my garage Arent strong enough to hang a punching bag for them, so it was either on a tripod or use one of these bags themselves are filled with sand and water . What is the best? Also what size / weight should I use?
